How to play Hearts
- Each hand you pass three cards to an opponent (left, right, across, then a hold hand with no passing).
- The holder of the 2♣ leads first; follow the led suit when you can, and no points may be played on the opening trick.
- Each heart taken scores 1 point and the Queen of Spades scores 13 — so avoid winning tricks with points.
